Caregiver / Home Health Aide

We are currently hiring dependable caregivers for:
βœ” Day shifts
βœ” Evening shifts
βœ” Overnight shifts
βœ” Weekend shifts
βœ” Flexible and varying schedules

Job Responsibilities
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with EVV requirements
• Follow agency safety and compliance policies

Requirements

Qualifications
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Must pass PA State Police & Child Abuse background checks
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans


🌎 Bilingual, multilingual, or American Sign Language (ASL) proficiency is a PLUS.



Schedule
Shift hours vary based on client needs. Availability for nights, overnights, and weekends is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

βœ” Clean and neat appearance at the job site
βœ” Scrubs or business casual attire
βœ” Closed-toe shoes, no sling backs/flip flop/sandals
βœ” Arrive on the job site in time to clock in as scheduled and remain on the job site until after clocking out as scheduled
βœ” Perform all required duties as documented for the client/patient/consumer
βœ” Always be professional and compassionate
βœ” Remain the liaison between the internal office care coordinator and client/patient/consumer
