PHC1 wants to make sure all caregivers arrive at their client/patient destination on time and safely. If you are unable to reach your job site due to transportation issues, PHC1 wants to help. Contact your care coordinator to schedule your transportation. First 10 trips using our services will be free to PHC1 caregivers. Continuing services can be weekly round trips from your home to your patient and back to your home at $75 weekly (weekly is Sunday-Saturday). Or, single round trip at $25 for that one shift round trip. You may also do a one way $15 trip to or from your home or patient's home. Schedule with your Care Coordinator. Payment may be made in full at the time of scheduling or deducted automatically directly from your next paycheck. If you are taking an emergency shift assigned from PHC1, there will not be a charge of car share service for that singular round trip. Thank you!
